Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

I recently went to the Pep Boys on Osceola Parkway for an oil change on July 2, 2026. The service was smooth and efficient, and my vehicle was ready in a reasonable amount of time. Tiffany was friendly and very professional, and the overall process was stress-free. Based on my experience, I would rate this service 5 out of 5 stars.

10/10 service. Took my car in yesterday to be serviced for a check engine light. Tiffany at the front is literally from the best! She provided excellent guest service from start to finish. From walking in she was on the phone but still getting my info to get started, waited for like 45 mins for the diagnostic to be done. Once I got the paperwork was shocked by the price, however she reassured me about investing into my car & bc i told her my financial situation she was able to help me out by telling me the things that are needed, not the extra stuff. Literally today around 4pm my car is all set with no engine light on! I appreciate this Pepboys team! Hopefully i will only see yall for oil changes lol. Thank you!!

Tiffany 😊 Thank you for your outstanding service and exceptional customer care today. I honestly thought you were the manager—and if you’re not, you absolutely should be. You are truly amazing. Never lose that gift because it sets you apart. From the moment I walked in, you made me feel genuinely welcome and valued. Because of the way you treated me, I will definitely come back whenever I need your services. I will also be leaving a great review so others know about the incredible human touch and positive energy you bring to this place. People like you make all the difference. Thank you again for making my first visit such a wonderful experience. Blessings 😊 @WilsonGalanOficial | YouTube

I visited the store for a flat. After 2 hours waiting Pep Boys tells me is not reparable so l need a new 4 set. My Tesla has 20k and the tires still have 10k to go. So they let go my wife with a very low tire. Next shop closed by fixed it in minutes without a problem.

The service was incredible, I really felt like I could trust these guys. So happy they could help me prepare my car for the next 100000 miles. Only thing I have a question about, is if they replaced all hoses, why weren't the ones in picture replaced?
